Water Testing

For homes on a private well, common throughout St. Lawrence County and the surrounding rural areas, water quality testing is an important part of understanding your property.

We collect water samples and have them analyzed so you can see whether your drinking water meets recognized safety standards, helping you decide if treatment is needed.

We offer three testing packages. The Basic Coliform test ($75) screens for coliform bacteria. The Mortgage Package ($150) covers coliform, nitrate/nitrite, and lead, and meets the requirements of most lenders. The Residential Water Testing Package ($260) is our most complete panel, covering total coliform and E. coli bacteria, fluoride, nitrate/nitrite, hardness, pH, lead, iron, and chloride.
